Delivery within Poland (InPost Courier and InPost Parcel Lockers)
InPost Courier
As a standard, InPost delivers parcels on the next business day after dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the Customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status online.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a delivery notice (awizo). After the first failed attempt, the parcel can be collected from the InPost Customer Service Point indicated on the notice. If the Customer does not collect the parcel in person, the courier will make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If delivery is unsuccessful again, the courier will leave another notice. The parcel will then be available for collection at the InPost Customer Service Point for the next 7 calendar days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the Sender.
InPost Parcel Lockers
The Seller offers the option to collect goods via InPost Parcel Lockers within the territory of Poland. InPost Parcel Lockers are a system of automated lockers, available 24/7, allowing Customers to collect their parcels at any time.
Delivery to the Parcel Locker is carried out within 2 business days from the date of dispatch. The Customer will be notified by e-mail and SMS once the parcel is ready for collection. Upon dispatch, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation and an app notification. Another notification will be sent once the parcel has been delivered to the selected Parcel Locker. This notification will contain a 6-digit collection code, which must be entered together with the Customer’s phone number to retrieve the parcel.
The parcel must be collected within 48 hours of delivery to the Parcel Locker. Without a prior extension, it will not be possible to collect the parcel after this time. Uncollected parcels are sent back to the InPost branch and then returned directly to the Sender at their cost.
Collection at the Seller’s Premises
The Seller offers the option of personal collection of goods at the Seller’s registered office at the following address:

from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 – 16:00.
The Customer will be informed when the goods are ready for collection via e-mail (to the address provided when placing the order) or by telephone.
Delivery Outside Poland within the European Union (GLS Courier)
The Seller carries out international deliveries to EU countries using the GLS courier service. The standard delivery time to EU countries is between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination country. GLS delivers parcels on business days during the courier’s working hours.
The delivery cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the order. The final cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
