Oolong Teas

I lean over the cup, and there is Oolong – a tea born in the clouds. In its taste, I sense the peaks of Wuyi and the shaded slopes of Formosa. Before the leaves reached the teapot, they were kissed by the morning mist and then warmed by the sun. This is a tea as changeable as mountain weather.

When brewed for the first time, it releases a delicate, floral aroma – like a whisper of jasmine. The flavor is light, almost fleeting. The next infusion awakens a different soul. Notes of roasted nuts emerge, followed by the sweetness of ripe fruits. With every moment, the infusion gains depth, growing more complex, telling the story of hardworking hands that plucked the leaves and the mountain spirits that watch over them.

This is a tea that does not impose itself but patiently waits for me to uncover its secrets. Oolong is meditation, and every cup is a journey into the unknown – a story that transforms with every sip.
