TASTE: strongly refreshing, sour, well-balanced

How to prepare the Piag Cherry Blossom Tea Cordial:

  • Brew 8 g of Piag Cherry Blossom tea in 2 liters of hot water at 80–90°C for about 5 minutes to achieve an intense aroma and flavor that will remain distinct in the cocktail. Then strain everything through a fine sieve to remove the leaves, leaving only the tea infusion.

  • Add 1 kg of sugar

  • Add 30 g of citric acid

Gyozilla Signature Cocktail is a fusion of two worlds within our restaurant — the kitchen and the bar — one cannot exist without the other, and together they create a harmonious whole! That’s exactly what’s captured in our original cocktail, which you can enjoy exclusively at Gyozilla Sushi & Cocktails in Gdańsk’s Garnizon district.

All the ingredients are combined in a tall container (for example, a pot) and mixed until everything dissolves nicely. Then, we wait for the mixture to cool down and pour it into a bottle. The cordial is stored in the refrigerator — it will keep for up to two months, thanks to the citric acid, which not only gives it a pleasant tartness but also acts as a preservative.
