Ingredients:

  • 60 ml bourbon (optionally, you can infuse the bourbon with the tea)

  • 30 ml cooled “Sweet Sweet Cinnamon” tea @piagtea

  • 15 ml cinnamon syrup

  • Apple-and-cinnamon rosette for garnish (optionally sprinkled with brown sugar and caramelized)

  • Ice cubes

“Cinnamon Spice Delight” (with “Sweet Sweet Cinnamon” Tea) @piagtea

How to make:
Prepare the “Sweet Sweet Cinnamon” tea and let it cool. In a glass, mix the bourbon with the tea and cinnamon syrup. Add ice cubes and garnish with an apple-and-cinnamon rosette. (You can sprinkle it with brown sugar and lightly caramelize it with a torch.)
