- Goppion Caffee
  - - History
Goppion Caffe is a company founded in 1859 by Luigi Goppion, who, as a young boy, dreamed of opening his own roastery after smelling freshly roasted coffee beans for the first time. The story of Goppion Caffe began with a café established in the market square of a small town near Treviso, close to Venice. Inspired by their grandfather's passion, his grandchildren continued his work and even started opening cafés in other countries. Discover

Japanese Tea Style

In the heart of Japan, where time flows differently and a single moment becomes eternity, the tea ceremony was born. It is not merely the brewing of a drink, but an art of contemplation, a dance of hands and rhythm of breath. In a modest pavilion, under the soft glow of lanterns, the clamor of the world fades, and the soul finds peace.

Japanese Tea Style

Every gesture carries weight, every tool is an extension of the heart. The chawan bowl, empty and silent, awaits the warmth of water and loose leaves. A bamboo scoop, delicate as a whisper, measures the right amount, while the bamboo whisk, the chasen, dances in the frothy green, creating the perfect vortex of harmony. This is a moment where chaos dissolves into the essence of simplicity.

The taste of the tea is not the goal, but the journey. Within it lies the earth, the sun, and the shade, and its aroma holds the silence of mountain slopes. The first sip is a voyage, the second – grounding in the present, and the third – a wordless understanding. It is an encounter with one’s inner self, a reverence for the fleeting and the beauty of imperfection.

The Japanese tea ceremony is meditation, where the bowl becomes a mirror of the soul. It teaches that true beauty resides in small gestures, in mindfulness, and in the ability to celebrate each moment. It is a lesson in wabi-sabi, a philosophy that honors simplicity, transience, and the depth that lies within the fragile.
