Preparation:

  1. Chilling the glass:
    Let’s start by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this in one of two ways:

·         Fill the glass with ice cubes and set it aside for a few minutes.

·         Or, place the glass in the freezer for a few minutes.

  1. Mixing the ingredients:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker: Grand Marnier, Chopin Salted Caramel, Kraken Roasted Beans, egg white, and PIAG Milky Oolong tea.
At this stage, do not add any ice yet.

  1. First shake:

Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
It’s important to blend all the ingredients thoroughly to achieve the perfect cocktail texture.

  1. Adding ice:

Add ice cubes to the shaker.
The amount of ice depends on your preference — if you prefer a colder and slightly more diluted drink, add a bit more ice.

  1. Second shake:

Shake again energetically for about 30 seconds.
This will chill the cocktail and blend the ice with the remaining ingredients.

  1. Preparing the garnish:

Lightly toast three marshmallows on a long cocktail stick.
Be careful not to burn them, as it would give the drink a bitter taste.

  1. Serving:

Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
Carefully place the toasted marshmallows on the rim of the glass to create an elegant decoration.
