Preparation:

  1. Garnishing the glass:
    Start by preparing a flute glass. You can decorate it with flowers to give it a more romantic look. For decoration, use fresh or dried flowers such as hibiscus, jasmine, or violets.

·         Method 1: Use sugar syrup to attach the flowers to the rim of the glass. Apply a thin layer of syrup along the rim and gently press the flowers onto it.

·         Method 2: Place the flowers directly into the glass just before serving the cocktail.

  1. Chilling the glass:
    After decorating, place the glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes to chill. A chilled glass will help keep the cocktail cool and refreshing for longer.

  2. Preparing the cocktail:
    Pour all the ingredients into a shaker: Archers, PIAG Jasmine Earl Grey, sour mix, and hibiscus syrup.
    Shake well to achieve a smooth and uniform consistency.

  3. Pouring the cocktail into the glass:
    Carefully pour the cocktail into the chilled glass. Try to pour it along the side of the glass to create a beautiful layered effect.

  4. Serving:
    The Hibi-love cocktail is ready to serve! You can garnish it with additional flowers or a slice of lemon.

 

Additional tips:

  • If you don’t have a shaker, you can use a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

  • Adjust the amount of hibiscus syrup to your taste — add more for sweetness or less for a lighter flavor.

  • Instead of Archers, you can use another fruit-flavored liqueur, such as peach or raspberry liqueur.

  • For a more refreshing cocktail, add a bit more lemon juice.
