What is Pai Mu Tan?
Pai Mu Tan, also known as White Peony, is a Chinese white tea famous for its delicate floral flavour and fragrance. It is made from tender buds and the first two young leaves, picked in early spring. The infusion has a pale golden colour and a very low level of oxidation.
Traditionally cultivated in Fujian province, Pai Mu Tan undergoes only about 10–15% oxidation, which sets it apart from both green and black teas.
To brew, steep the leaves at 70–80°C (160–175°F) for 1–3 minutes, depending on your preference for intensity.
Often called the “elixir of youth”, Pai Mu Tan is rich in antioxidants. It can be steeped multiple times, revealing new aromas with each infusion. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned tea lovers.

The melody of Reamonn’s Supergirl floated through the room, bringing energy and optimism. Humming softly, Piotr’s fingers worked with care, weaving together delicate white tea leaves, marigold petals, and the juicy aroma of peach. Each ingredient was chosen with someone in mind – Agnieszka, a girl whose smile lit up every one of his days.
In his imagination, Agnieszka stood on top of a mountain – radiant, confident, unstoppable. Super Girl tea was meant to give her wings, to strengthen her inner power, and to give her the courage to follow her dreams.
