Peachy Blinders – Dangerously Good!

Taste: Peachy Blinders is an infusion with a distinctly fruity, sunny character. From the very first sip, the juicy sweetness of ripe peach comes to the forefront, harmoniously combining with the delicately honey-like note of apple. Exotic pineapple brings a light tartness and tropical freshness, ensuring that the blend is not overly sweet. In the background, there is a subtle citrus-menthol note of lemon myrtle, which pleasantly refreshes the palate and gives the composition a sense of lightness. Rosehip peel enriches the infusion with a gently astringent accent, while sunflower blossoms and tea flowers complete the composition with a delicate floral aroma.

Wellness: This is a composition that not only delights the palate but also provides natural plant-based ingredients. Apples are a source of pectins and natural antioxidants that support healthy digestion. Peaches contain vitamins and antioxidant compounds. Pineapple provides bromelain—an enzyme that supports the digestive process. Rosehip peel is valued for its high content of vitamin C and antioxidants that support the immune system. Lemon myrtle contributes a refreshing aroma and has traditionally been used for its soothing properties and its ability to support well-being.

Packaging: Peachy Blinders Piag Tea is packed in an elegant tin that will decorate any kitchen. The beautiful design was created by illustrator and designer Katarzyna Korzeniowska. Every tin is labelled and packed by hand. Everything we do, we do with love.

Peachy Blinders – The Power of Nature

Nature has always been humanity's most faithful ally. If you are our Customer, you know perfectly well how close we are to nature. If you have found us for the first time and do not yet know us, we can assure you that we stay close to nature, drawing from it generously and delighting in its richness, so that we may share with you what we have created.

In the case of Peachy Blinders, we focused on fruit. But nature offers us much more than fruit alone. There are also herbs and flowers that not only delight with their flavour and aroma, but also nourish, strengthen, and help restore balance. In the rush of everyday life, we often forget how much we owe to nature. We reach for its gifts almost instinctively, rarely stopping to consider the journey they have taken to reach our hands, our homes, and, in the final stage, to nourish our bodies and, very often, our senses.

Every fruit ripening in the sun, every leaf, and every flower is proof that the greatest strength lies in simplicity. Nature does not need publicity or advertising—it has patiently offered us its very best for centuries. All it takes is a moment to pause, bring an aromatic infusion to your lips, and remember that the greatest treasures often grow right beside us.

If You Enjoy Knowing More – Curiosities for Connoisseurs:

Creating a fruit infusion is much like the art of composing a perfume or crafting a fine spirit. Every ingredient brings its own character to the blend and fulfils a specific role—some build the foundation of the flavour, while others add depth, freshness, or a distinctive aroma. Only the right proportions ensure that no single ingredient dominates, allowing them all to form a harmonious, multi-layered composition.

In this blend, apple forms the natural foundation of the infusion, giving it body and delicate sweetness. Peach contributes a velvety, juicy note, pineapple adds exotic freshness and a subtle tartness, while rosehip peel balances the fruity sweetness with a gentle astringency. The composition is completed by lemon myrtle, which leaves a pleasantly citrusy, lightly menthol finish on the palate, giving the infusion exceptional lightness and elegance.

It is precisely this balance that makes truly successful fruit blends perfect in their complexity. Every sip reveals new layers of flavour, while the aromas unfold gradually, allowing the craftsmanship of the composition to be fully appreciated. It is proof that creating an exceptional infusion is an art in which nature provides the finest ingredients, while experience makes it possible to bring out the very best in them.

If You Enjoy Stories About Tea:

Birmingham, 1928.

The city awoke before the sun. From the factory chimneys, heavy graphite-coloured clouds had been rising since dawn, covering the streets like a thick blanket. Even the light itself seemed sluggish. It struggled to break through the billowing smoke.

People used to say that Birmingham tempered people just as it tempered steel. Here, nothing came for free. Every success had its price, and every decision left a bloody mark.

On one of the side streets stood a small tea house. There was nothing remarkable about it. Its wooden sign creaked in the wind, while the steamed-up windows kept the interior hidden from curious eyes.

A man in a dark overcoat and a flat cap pulled low over his forehead stepped inside. The waitress knew him perfectly well, just as everyone in the city did.

"The usual?" she smiled.

He nodded.

A moment later, a porcelain cup stood before him. Delicate steam rose from the amber-coloured infusion, carrying with it the aroma of ripe peaches, sweet apples, and exotic pineapple. The man closed his eyes. He was weary from constant struggle and intrigue. In his everyday life, he knew only the taste of smoke, whisky, and fear.

In the city, he had many faces. To some, he was a businessman. To others, someone it was wiser not to cross. Still others remembered him as the boy who had learned far too early how to fight for every single day. But in truth, he was simply a man—a man who longed for love and peace.

The first sip of the infusion was sweet. The peach reminded him of summers long ago, when the world had seemed much simpler and the greatest dream had been to find a ripe piece of fruit at the market and share it with his siblings. The apple brought back the scent of the family home that had long since disappeared. The man smiled to himself. Only now did he understand why he had always loved this blend so much.

A human being is made up neither solely of happy memories nor entirely of mistakes. We are a mixture of all our choices—those that were beautiful and those we would rather never remember. Just as a well-composed infusion needs sweetness, a touch of acidity, and that distinctive note which lingers long afterwards.

Outside, a tram rattled past. The factory siren announced the beginning of another shift. Birmingham was once again beginning its daily ritual. The man finished his tea slowly, as though he wished to hold on to time for just a few moments longer.

He knew that once he left the tea house, he would again have to make decisions upon which the fate of many people would depend.

Brewing instructions: Pour with freshly boiled water (approx. 100°C) and steep for 5–10 minutes.
